Delicious, or delectable, an experience!
Well have been into the Delicious site, (can't work out the logic of the name) and I must say it was interesting! Found this site to be quite awkward to use and not to my liking. Love the idea of bookmarks and these sorts of tools though. Would be good for a computer nerd who is constantly on the lookout for certain items or into cataloguing their sites. I dare say that if I was on the net enough and had time I could set out my own list of site priorities according to categories or description. It is all a matter of opinion and open to random interpretation. Let's face it, we all see things differently and interpret the meanings of things according to our own likes. I guess if you wanted to be sneaky you could bookmark links so obscurely that no one would ever be able to find them!!

Rollyo (or is that roll your own??)
I found this tool a very confusing one. I managed to open up an account and add some sites to it. I still think that Google and Dog pile etc are just as good to use to find addresses that you use often. A little bit quicker and probably easier to run with. I may be wrong but I think from first glance and trying to navigate around it that it is not for me.
My Library Thing
Actually enjoyed looking at this site, found it a useful tool for finding books in certain genres and topics. Great if you are in a hurry or looking for a book to read and don't want to search by author specifically or by title. Can see it being used quite regularly. Think I will add to it as I get more familiar with it.

Image & Text generators, fun, fun, fun!
I found this animated picture on the Image chef site. It was very easy to change and very easy to upload, just the click of a button and it was on my blog!! Looks effective don't you think!
How cute is this?? Couldn't resist it, just want to take him home and cuddle him. This was from the same site as the above pic. Found this site the easiest to use of all that I tried. Must say to date this has been the best exercise of Learning 2.0!
I also discovered you can make your own numberplates!, albeit American ones. Just had to try it out.

RSS what???
Well after illness in the family, not enough hours in the day and too many things to do I have finally learned all about RSS feeds, (sounds like a new age way of feeding babies). If you are into current affairs and getting the latest news immediately, this is the weapon for you!!! Must say it makes sense for these reasons, but being an old fashioned girl I like trawling through the pages and pages of news that are available on the world wide web!! Gives you a great sense of acheivement after hours of searching to say "at last I found it". Of course I am being facetious here, but in all seriousness it is a great tool to have available for work and finding out things in a hurry.
I used the bloglines account as a guide and listed a few of their library related feeds to my own consortium and I also knew from visiting other sites in my travels that RSS feeds were available so I just entered their web addresses and subscribed to their feeds, easy!! A weather site with a feed would be a great idea, am yet to find one but I shall persist!

My favourite overseas city.
Thought I would finally post a photo through Flickr onto my Blog. It is a picture and a beautiful one at that of my favourite City overseas.
Absolutely adore London, the lights, the streets, the culture, the buildings, the history, the pomp and pageantry and the people.
Stayed here for a number of months a while back and for the first few days after arriving I think my jaw was down around my ankles. Could not get over the scale of the place and the cobbled streets, it is all the things that Australia is not!!
I adore my home country but there is something magical and intangible about London and Britain in general, maybe it is the never ending rolling green countryside or the amount of villages that are so close together but yet so far apart to be called separate. Whatever the mystique it is a wonderfu lplace to visit. I stress visit, of course there is no place like home!
